We only collect the data you provide to us directly:

• Contact form: name, phone number, email, type of interest (investment or residential use), unit of interest and free-text message.
• Visit-booking form: name, email, phone number, unit of interest, requested date and time, and additional notes.
• Technical data: browsing data strictly necessary for the website to function and, subject to your consent given via the cookie banner, aggregated statistical data.

• Responding to requests for information and sending commercial documentation (including the PDF fact sheet for the selected unit).
• Scheduling, confirming and managing visits to the development.
• Commercial follow-up contact by a sales consultant.
• Compliance with legal obligations applicable to real estate brokerage activity.

Your data is not used for automated decision-making or profiling.

Processing is based on the data subject's consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by ticking the authorisation box on the forms. You may withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal. In addition, compliance with legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c)) may apply for record-keeping purposes.

Contact and booking data are retained for 24 months from the last contact, or until you withdraw your consent or request erasure. Where a legal obligation exists (namely tax-related or real estate brokerage obligations), the data is retained for the legally required period.

To provide the service, we rely on processors that handle data on our behalf, subject to contractual confidentiality and security obligations:

• Website hosting and infrastructure provider.
• Database and authentication provider (storage of requests and bookings, on servers within the European Union).
• Microsoft 365 (sending and receiving confirmation and notification emails).

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. No transfers to third countries are envisaged; should any occur, they will be subject to appropriate safeguards under the GDPR.

As a data subject, you have the following rights:

• Access to the personal data concerning you.
• Rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Erasure ("the right to be forgotten").
• Restriction of processing.
• Data portability.
• Objection to processing.
• Withdrawal of consent at any time.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD, the Portuguese data protection authority), www.cnpd.pt.
